We offer a 457b plan at Violet Township through Empower.  The plan offers both pre-tax and roth deferral options.  There is a loan feature allowing you to borrow up to 50% of the account value up to $50,000 for 5 years, paying yourself back both the principal and interest.  If you are looking to put a downpayment on a house, the loan extends to 30 years.  We also manage portfolios, choosing the investment options for you and visiting every 6 months to go over your account and update the investments as needed.  Lastly, we offer complimentary financial and retirement planning, looking at where you are now vs where you want or expect to be in retirement, creating a visual plan with recommendations on how best to pursue your financial goals and the retirement you want.
